Pros

Cultura del lavoro sana e aperta al benessere degli impiegati, grande flessibilità per il lavoro da remoto e gli orari, gerarchie molto informali che rendono possibile relazionarsi facilmente con i responsabili, attenzione alla salute mentale, concrete possibilità di avanzamento di carriera, ambiente di lavoro internazionale, ritrovo aziendale in un posto diverso del mondo ogni anno. In generale c'è la sensazione di essere parte di un grande team appassionato e unito, e nonostante la crescita ci si sente sempre come in famiglia!

Cons

Alcuni processi decisionali sono un po' disorganizzati, in parte a causa delle tante trasformazioni che accompagnano la crescita aziendale e in parte perchè si fatica a superare la mentalità da "piccola azienda"

Pros

Great colleagues, flexibility through remote work. The people were one of the strongest parts of the experience.

Cons

The company struggles with clear strategic direction, with priorities and decisions seeming to shift frequently. Leadership can feel reactive rather than consistent, which creates uncertainty across teams. While ‘togetherness’ and collaboration are emphasized in messaging, the day-to-day culture does not always reflect those values.
