Best Team & Management - Anonymous employee Ehlen Analytics Employee Review

I currently work at Ehlen Analytics is a great company to work for. I read a review that said "The Ehlen Brothers are liars". That is simply not true. Although i have never met Matthew. Daniel is super nice and helpful and always trying to help however he can. Not just so his business can be successful but so that his employees and sales team can be successful as well. Brian Robinson has been extremely helpful and always motivates me to be my best. We work well as a team and super patient with training. Super supportive and positive. Brian leads by example. Brian shows up early and stays late 5 days a week no matter what. Strong leadership with the ownership including Daniel, Matthew, and Brian. People writing these negative reviews turned out to be a extremist liberal group after i did some digging and investigating. Working here you have to be willing to put in the work and work your booty off. Lazy people would no be a good fit here. I am so glad I changed career fields and I LOVE my job and always want to learn more about what we are doing even if that means I have to work longer hours, go above and beyond, and think for myself .

The Management it was fun to be with them , they assist and coach me very well, they are very friendly, I enjoyed staying there. they are approachable. Me and my bosses are close because they are always there for me. All my Team esp my bosses they are concern bout the feelings of their agents and i feel belong with them , they treat me like a Family not only an employee, they are always there for me whatever situation i have. I love them soo much for being so nice with us. They do respect my feelings. I am very much comfortable with the team. They appreciate everytime i did great.
