Cons
ALL OF UPPER MANAGEMENT IS RELATED, EVEN HR. Shady, shady company. Management picks favorites, and you will be fired from your position for any number of BS reasons. If they don't like the look of you, you're out. If the person that hired you leaves, you're out. High turnover considering good workers are let go for trying to make the job more productive. Management will curse at and talk down to employees in front of others if they just feel like it. Earned PTO and raises will be denied without explanation and if you request off for "personal reasons" you will have to explain in detail what those are before you will have permission. Everyone is replaceable in this company's eyes so don't get attached.
