3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We care very deeply for our employees and unfortunately, we’re not always given an opportunity to address concerns until after someone leaves. We strongly believe in maintaining an open-door policy and encourage our employees to communicate with their supervisors, managers and Human Resources. While it’s difficult to address and alleviate everyone’s concerns 100% of the time, by encouraging open communication we hope to continue to develop a culture where our employee’s opinions feel valued.
