      Lovely team to work with, It is fully remote and work life balance is 10/10.

      They laid me off after telling me my job was secure and didnt even consider me for other positions at the company.

      Pay at scale, AI forward

      Cons

      Very rigid return to office policy starting soon . Poor office location chosen causing horrible commute and traffic times. No leeway even for those originally hired as remote. RTO being used so local talent quits instead of getting paid out/laid off. Talent will be rehired in a lower cost location. .
