Ideal place - Significant opportunity to learn and grow. The boss is remarkably kind, extraordinarily intellingent and creative and willing to push the boundaries to help achieve a compelling vision.
Cons
The boss is a person with a disability and a person of color, all profiles that are not typically associated with extreme intelligence, and can come off as not so nice, but that would be highly misleading, and you'd waste an exceptional opportunity for development if you did not pay attention to what is being done or said, and just looked at the surface of things within common perceptions and prejudices.
