Pros
So many different types of technology all under one roof. Some really talented people who are ready and willing to teach and be taught. Worldwide company with great potential, in and under certain roles within the company.
Cons
Turnover ratio is appalling, i.e. 40 terminations in one week. Anyone under the CIO is managed by a Good Ol’ Boy mentality. HR does not advocate for the employee, but instead, favors one VP who is responsible for multiple, highly intelligent employees walking out. If under the CIO, no growth opportunities regardless of achievements. Expect employees to work well over 50 hours a week, including weekends, while paying way under what the individual should be making. No recognition for accomplishments.
