I worked at Energi People full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not like other recruitment companies, so many companies have a bad reputation for being target and money driven, energi people focus on the client and candidates needs ensuring a long employment time frame and having a happy work/life balance for people

    Cons

You have to pay for a gym membership it isn’t included lol

I worked at Energi People full-time

    Pros

Friendly environment, everyone made to feel welcome. Lovely set up with payday drinks as a way of getting to know the team. Training and progression are outstanding. Free parking on site.

    Cons

Management isn’t great, the directors are lovely, but the management team lets them down. Team leadership is not there, more managers than leaders. Expected to stay late, shamed when you do not.
