I have been working at Engage Education full-time

Pros

- Excellent training and support programme that is continuous throughout your time here
- Clear progression plan to promotion
- Incentives are unlike anywhere else I have been where you are constantly rewarded for just doing your job
- Ambitious - if you want to do well then this is the place for you
- Team mentality - all striving for the same goal
- The services and infrastructure that Engage offer really allow you to well and attract clients to use you
- Tailored support based on your needs

Cons

Those who are not organised or have poor time management will struggle with this role as it is go go go!

But even they provide training on how to organise your time!!

Advice to Management

Carry on doing what you are doing. The one on one meetings are really helping tailor to individual needs. As long as they are consistent then everyone will continue to feel fully supported.

I have been working at Engage Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Engage Education is a fantastic company to work for. The culture, training and development and the brilliant commission structure are some of the main benefits that come when working at Engage. Hard work is rewarded at Engage Education and it is to no surprise why the company has won the Education investor award a record 3 times out of the last 4 years.

    Cons

With any recruitment role there comes long hours. It can be very tiring through the week. Engage do recognise this and implement brilliant incentives such as very good social events and reduced hours in the holiday period.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to show support and help us all at Engage to develop to the next level.

I have been working at Engage Education full-time

    Pros

    Friendly staff.
iday is a great way to experience UK school system first hand.

    Cons

Consultants will glamorize the school they represent and will downplay the difficulties of working in schools in the U.K. They want to try and employ you at the school they represent because that's how they get paid. Keep in mind you don't get paid for the holidays or sick days.

    Advice to Management

Consultants be honest to your teachers about the schools you represent.
Offer coaching/sessions on how to cope with UK school system.
