Positive Outlook

I have been working at Engage Partners full-time

Pros

- Excellent training and support programme that is continuous throughout your time here
- Clear progression plan to promotion
- Incentives are unlike anywhere else I have been where you are constantly rewarded for just doing your job
- Ambitious - if you want to do well then this is the place for you
- Team mentality - all striving for the same goal
- The services and infrastructure that Engage offer really allow you to well and attract clients to use you
- Tailored support based on your needs

Cons

Those who are not organised or have poor time management will struggle with this role as it is go go go!

But even they provide training on how to organise your time!!

Advice to Management

Carry on doing what you are doing. The one on one meetings are really helping tailor to individual needs. As long as they are consistent then everyone will continue to feel fully supported.

I worked at Engage Partners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have exciting offices and a good team. The HR team offer great training and good encouragement for the first few months that you are there.

    Cons

Little room for progression, management do not discuss how you're able to progress.
Managers have no training and are not able to effectively manage.
Expectation to work long hours and answer calls and emails in the evenings and at weekends to be a "good consultant"
The environment pits consultants against each other. Consultants fight over teachers and areas of the business.

    Advice to Management

    Train your team correctly.

I thought they offer more work than other agencies

    Cons

The consultant never return the call and tell when you call that he is busy on the other line

    Advice to Management

Consultant should have so much desency to return your call as you are not a peace of dust .
