      The pay is very competitive. You collegues are excellent.

      Cons

      You placements can vary from an excellent location to a very challenging one. The support you get from the Regional Officer can be poor. The health plan is close to non existent.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to expand professionally. Lots of flexibility and openness to new ideas which means you can usually implement your own creative programs. Opportunities to travel and experience a new culture - fun!

      Cons

      Not all universities are ready to have a Fellow or even understand what you're doing there. You may need to gently educate them about your role.
