Pros
I joined Ental around 18 months ago now and I can't explain how happy I still am with them as an employer. From a professional stand point, they have led with empathy, are very ambitious and driven, its contagious, have heavily invested in not only mine but each employees professional growth and well being and they really do give you huge opportunity for exciting growth as they scale. From a personal standpoint. I was diagnosed with cancer around 4 months ago and the way Chris (CEO) and Mark (Chairman) went about dealing with this was incredible. There was no way they were going to have me worried about my job security or missing out on commission etc while this was happening. They gave me as much time off as I needed not only for ops/therapy but for wellness and ensuring my mental health was okay. Honestly I can't thank the team enough for their support. A true testament to their character and ethics as an employer.
