Pros
A collection of really good people, a core mission and CEO/founders which are easily to believe in, and good company culture make Enigma a great place to be on the day to day provided you are under one of the better managers. I have great confidence in the success in the company as a whole.
Cons
Not many of those great managers, and a strong pivot away from the engineering and public data that makes the company a great place to be in favor of max corporate B2B snakeoil sales. Engineering is bleeding talent and both pay an d equity are at least 15% below market averages. I have little confidence in the long term survival of most of the engineering efforts.
