Pros
From the time I joined there were clear discussions of career growth, development and succession opportunities. I feel that my work is interesting and challenging which keeps me engaged. I personally enjoy working in growth based environments (which can feel ambiguous or chaotic at times while you're navigating new scenarios); Ensono has given me the chance to be a part of that story and truly have an impact. I joined shortly before the covid shut down and have seen first hand how much everyone cares about one another and tries to do the right thing which means so much. From supporting associates impacted by natural disasters to expanding our Associate Resource Groups to connect virtually with global colleagues - these seemingly small decisions have a ripple effect. Like many organizations, Ensono must navigate the realities of being a for-profit organization but I have consistently seen leaders do everything they can to support our associates. People here are genuine, kind, and care.
Cons
This is not a con for everyone but perhaps to some - at every level, you need to be willing to roll up your sleeves, especially leaders. With Ensono being a growth stage company there will be new processes, or things will break and need innovation. BAU process needs to be challenged as we grow and that environment isn't for everyone. I personally thrive in this, but have seen others struggle.
