1. No proper office and amenities 2. No knowledgeable managers 3. Very very less salary 4. Checks employees time in front of computer using some tracking software 5. No salary hikes or bonuses 6. Salary paid after 10th of every month 7. Run by 2 brothers - only personal benefits of management taken care 8. Forcing some techniques which are useful in manufacturing or production lines 9. Will try to extract the maximum from the talented employees as the management knows they are not going to stay with company for than a year. 10. All the talented employees have left because of the above reasons and the only ones left are the ones who couldn't find better jobs.
