The company makes fast, snap decisions without thinking of the consequences to their people. There is a lack of strategic leadership from the exco and it comes across that certain members of the leadership team are out of their depth at that level. There are influencers within the business whose voices tend to be heard over others, even when they stray out of their lane of competence. Be careful if you’re leaving a stable role, you may find that within a few months you become surplus to requirements if the business direction changes again.
