Bad environment, they put you in the client without support. When I had an issue with the client and called my manager to ask for advise she basically told me that the cliente could do and say to me what they wanted.

I would say the social environment lived within the employees is the best pros. Everything works well, and if we need anything we just ask.

No cons. As I said before everything works really well and right now I do not see any cons inside the company.
