Pros
Great team when they respond. Never clashed with anyone on the team value wise, flexible hours, and very decent benefits and networking opportunities. Learning by trial by fire is a great way to gain confidence in your abilities.
Cons
Feels like an IT pressure cooker. You will be exposed to almost every single facet of information tech, which is great at first, but then you're a slave to billable time, and it feels like there's never time to focus on certifications, RND, or one specific technology path. It's got a bit of that toxic MSP environment that's always talked about. Burn out is very very real, and unfortunately causes many to leave quickly.
