Cheaper rentals. Teaches how to be a swindler. Every other weekend off. Lots of slow periods. Expands your cultural horizons. Teaches you your upper limits. Lots of career opportunities if you can last more than a month.

Cons

FrontLine - The sales technique which encourages the hard sell ;) Veteran Co-Workers who really don't expect you to last. High stress. High illness rate. No solutions to problems just a lot of procrastination. Poor Fleet handling. High level of staff turn over. Poor management. Under qualified management. Poor rota set up. Scam of a commission system. High expectation from a poor system structure. Abuse from customers. Basic Salary Low. Backward computer system. High demands from a location which cant be compared to others of its type. No lunch breaks. Gambling based incentives. Overtime is done as felt. No official cap of hours.
