Pros
You will definitely gain knowledges/experiences but in a tough way. Suitable for fresh graduates. There are some nice colleagues.
Cons
Worklife not balance. You will often working around the clock without any OT allowances being paid. Manager will treat you like machine 24/7. Alot of tasks given but all with very tight deadlines. You will also be spam with work messages when you're on leave. They will take you for granted. The more you can do, the more tasks were being push to you. Didn't even care whether you can cope with the workload or not. Heavy workload given, you tried your best worked around the clock to get things done but they will still think that you're not efficient enough. Tried to feedback to manager on the issue before, but no action was taken. They don't believe it's that hectic and ask you to cope with it in a indirect way. Looks big in the outside, but mostly a one man stand job. Recruitment always takes very very very long time.
