Pros
This was a work from home position. I had the opportunity to challenge myself regarding production. We reviewed medical records for the companies clients. We were able to become familiar with the requirements for several different insurance organizations. I learned a great deal about underwriting and the underwriting industry.
Cons
I never got the chance to feel as though we accomplished the company's goals. There was no clear completion of any of the work only constant increases.
