Upper management Listens to employees, This leads to somethings getting so much worse and more difficult and eventually reverting back to more efficient processes that were already in place to begin with. This place loves to repeat its mistakes. The Entire HR Department is a Joke. Too many relatives in important positions and not always best suited for the position.
