I have been working at Experis for more than a year

    Pros

Recruiters stay in touch and make sure you are happy.

    Cons

Be careful when negotiating. I lost paid vacation that was negotiated with my 6 month contract and once my contract was renewed for an additional six months I did not get any additional vacation.

    Advice to Management

Respond to your contractors inquiries, and don't just ignore them. It really makes you look bad.

I have been working at Experis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The team I work with is outstanding; we enjoy working together and make a successful team. Our clients are also positive and generally great to work with. Experis has the benefit of being a part of the large Manpower group, and yet my team feels like a smaller company.

    Cons

Sometimes back office functions (payroll, expense reports, etc.) can be a bit challenging to deal with.

I have been working at Experis full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

They provide competitive pay for my current job role and in what I do and are communicative about any changes there are with our current contracts for employment.

    Cons

Their employee/contractor service portals for your paycheck, direct deposit management and time entry management are all on separate portals and is cumbersome.
