      A lot of remote work, good pay if you negotiate well.

      Cons

      Few customers and pay rise. Managers only look for their comfort and do not look for their employees. Remote work is only within Germany and EU. Micro-management

      Wonderful culture. There are many opportunities for team building and getting to know co-workers inside and outside of work.

      Cons

      This is a strong German company that has yet to expand to the US markets.
