    Neutral Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at ExxonMobil for less than a year

    Pros

One of the highest paying internships you can find. Provide lots of support for interns to get to know the company and provides mentors to help you on your intern project. Lots of networking events and interaction. Wide variety of projects interns can be assigned to. Your projects are typically actually used by your team after you leave.

    Cons

A large company, so networking is a must. You need to be somewhat outgoing in order to be efficient in contacting the people you need in order to facilitate developing your project. With it being such a large company, there is also lots of red-tape you have to get through to get certain things approved.

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Salary and Benefits, flex hours

    Cons

Forced ranking is based on “who you know” instead of performance, which seems to hinder any real collaboration or teamwork. No trust between supervisors and employees. Annual review is more like an interview for your position, and is used to keep those that aren’t in the “cool crowd” in the bottom third.
