They asked me to submit the entire SQL Stored Procedure with no single error totally on my own, especially when..being a fresher, I had no idea of the backend codebase from earlier. My senior kept telling me that there shouldn't be a single mistake as well as to complete the entire task as fast as I can. I got a warning mail for putting my head down in break time.

No any suitable Pros I have found.

1. They advertise for Executive Assistant post. 2. I have 7 years experience as Administrative Assistant in semi government institute. But after long interview process they rejected my candidature. 3. No proper Management policy, Hr policy most unorganised organisation. 4. Did not know the proper recruitment policy. 5. Everything is controlled by Mr. Arvind Agarwal may be CEO of the organisation. 6. Other hr or management staff may be oiling him for their long sustainable position in the organisation. 7. Any time any newly appointed staff may be laid off without giving any suitable season to them. 8. Be cautious before going to any interview session with this company. 9. Try for another suitable company.
