- They are really of employee well-being, so expect to have some extras day-offs - Great work-life balance' - Good benefits - GREAT relocation assistance.

Cons

Depending on the team you are working on, there can be lots of "hierarchy" stuff going on, and lots of bureaucracy when starting new projects.
