      Ok wage if you are happy to walk a lot in all weathers

      Cons

      Management lied at interview. I asked specifics on pay and it was clear. I found out at day 5 that you DO NOT GET PAID FOR THE 3 DAYS TRAINING unless you complete 4 full weeks.

      Culture, firm has worked really hard to build a culture of hardworking and personable people

      Cons

      Teams can be a bit siloed - rare to work cross-functionally. However you will get to know the other teams through lunches, events, etc...
