Good atmosphere great people and great pay

None that I've experienced through the years

Some nice co-workers never have a set schedule

Worst ineffective, unprofessional, toxic, negative Leasing director. Very toxic environment, no support, antiquated, operating the leasing department as if there are 25 apartment buildings instead of 250. Majority of leasing staff in office completely overwhelmed. Run from working here.
