Learn a basic understanding of financial services. Good comms structure. Other sales guys are a good laugh
Cons
Higher management really have no clue how to look after, train or reward their long term staff. Very low salary inclusive of super - and no salary increase available or offered unless you resign. No performance reviews. They have their favourites who get all the leads.
