      Pros

      The benefit is great. People are polite any friendly.

      Cons

      Management is a huge black box. Managers are pretending to be transparent and nice to all employees but they can lay-off any person for any reason because of "company's good." You know It's always not personal.

      Pros

      Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

      Cons

      Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
