- Extremely old fashioned ways of working focusing on formality and micromanagement - Culture of presenteism and low acceptance of flexible / remote working vs. industry standards (even post covid) - Extremely poor work life balance driven by presenteism and inefficient ways of working, lack of consideration for employees' personal lives and mental health - Complete lack of diversity at senior / leadership level and generally poor D and I agenda, the few initiatives put in place by HR in practical terms do not get endorsed by the leadership team - Luxembourg as a location and its lifestyle are not for everyone - Most people that join from outside and have industry experience in other major suppliers would struggle with the company culture as per the reasons above
