1) Great working environment. PMs are organised, have good communication skills and respect working hours. 2) After some years as a consultant, I can say that this is the consulting firm with the best work life balance I've ever had. 3) It has a diverse group in terms of gender and nationalities. 4) Intelectual challenging environment, you will not get bored.

As a company growing, it is in a transition process with advantages and disadvantages.

Fideres has been a great place to work. The people here are very supportive and welcoming, and leadership is great. I'm able to work flexible hours while maintaining great work life balance. Standards here are very high, but that is to be expected. The work itself has been good and Fideres is always looking to improve how they do things. It's a great environment for the innovative type.

Some of the team are based overseas which makes building internal stakeholder relationships slightly harder at times. However, all employees have been great at connecting through the usual channels of communication.
