Decent remuneration, some nice individuals on the team

Terrible management across the board. No work life balance. Micromanagement. Lack of accountability. Just rude!

Fideres has been a great place to work. The people here are very supportive and welcoming, and leadership is great. I'm able to work flexible hours while maintaining great work life balance. Standards here are very high, but that is to be expected. The work itself has been good and Fideres is always looking to improve how they do things. It's a great environment for the innovative type.

Some of the team are based overseas which makes building internal stakeholder relationships slightly harder at times. However, all employees have been great at connecting through the usual channels of communication.
