- Great people who are friendly and talented. - Amazing opportunity for beginners - Ability to work remote - Very cool projects - The pay is neither good nor bad, which is better than bad - Ambitious and growing company - Great to jump in the deep end and learn to swim on the spot - Best for extreme growth in personal/professional/problem solving skills - Very open, friendly people and staff - Its a place with growth which I predict will only make the place better
Cons
- You must constantly teach yourself how things work. - Sometimes deadlines are extremely tight and you must learn how to compromise. - You have to introduce yourself to each team - its like meeting new people all the time. - People are so talented but systems struggle to keep up with company ambition. - Jr's may be saddled with senior responsibilities but without the extra pay - Some projects lead to burnout - Love you and leave you mentality - The instability and controlled chaos of a growing and ambitious yet limited company (Pro and con at the same time). - Some projects have a crushing and almost impossible pace, particularly working on Marvel shots. Not long term sustainable in terms of health. - A lot of IT current issues as of this review. You must do amazing work, very fast within limitations. - Teams are formed and assigned to projects.
