Pros
Competitive wage, free soft drinks in the office, can work from home some of the week.
Cons
There are extremely unrealistic expectations set on you by management. You are set targets that some day you will superpass and some days not. Although you work the same each day, you're treated as though you are lazy for not meeting targets even though it is out of your hands. Management will mock you publically, treating you as if you're a child. Stats are constantly shared between your colleagues, and people are pitted against each other. There is a severe lack of training for some people, whereas others get weeks of training. There's no mental health support, even when dealing with very vulnerable clients. Toilet breaks are limited to 5 minutes and punished if any longer, and we aren't allowed access to our personal phones, yet management are allowed to have theirs. Staff are promised work from home, yet this is revoked if they don't meet unrealistic targets.
