None, there is not one positive aspect to working for this company
Cons
Owned buy 1 guy, VERY shady, every decision is dollars based. Instead of addressing knowing product problems they just add more money to the claims fund. No 401K, insurance is terrible, ZERO job security. There is no real corporate structure, maybe you'll get a raise, maybe you won't, nobody can tell you. They have no interest in quality, everything has been cheapened to the bare minimum. If you get a job here or are currently working here, update your resume and look for something else.
