Pros
When I first started, this company was amazing. Great pay, benefits, bonuses. Food catered all the time. Recommend several friends to work here as well over the years.
Cons
After several rounds of layoffs, they took away bonuses and froze wages. Then expected everyone to do twice the work for much less pay, and if you complained upper management would tell you they can replace you. You are expected to work weekends and holidays to keep up with the workload and still have minimal overtime. The training is basically non existent and upper management refuses to help.
