Loyal customers; dedicated coworkers who really care about the customers; upper management is always looking for new ways to improve the bank.

Communication between senior staff and everyone else is lacking. Senior staff has, on a couple of occasions that I know of, made decisions without the input of the departments that decision will directly afftect. There is also a lot of clique-ish behavior. There are not many opportunities for advancement.

Working for First National Bank gives a person a lot of opportunities. They are flexible with scheduling if one can give it to the HR Director with plenty of time.

Working for this company has it's downfalls. Big ones. As a teller here, you are expected to do just about everything, from being able to understand the complexities of loan operation to being everyone in the buildings secretary. There isn't a lot of leeway with mistakes either. Management is lacking. Overall atmosphere is tense due to the sheer laziness of coworkers. It's not that it can't be a great place to work. It is just that there needs to be actual rules and regulations that all employees have to follow.
