      The company offers great benefits. Especially the 401K

      Cons

      Poor leadership and toxic work environment. Leadership allows employees with constant toxic behaviors to remain without repercussions. Leadership is not professional. Instead of privately communicating with staff about issues those issues are discussed "openly" amongst other employees creating problems.
