Pros
I enjoyed working on a number of varying projects and met some wonderful people who not only pushed my abilities, but were fun to work with.
Cons
There wasn't a career path for the area that I worked in and due to the economy there was a pay freeze and from what I have heard, that freeze is still in affect for 2010.
