Pros
Hands down the best culture of any company I've ever worked for. Ownership is very responsive to team input and had a very smart strategy for growth. They only hire the best, both professionally and personally.
Cons
Aggressive growth strategy caused the company to overextend and get into some financial difficulty. and cut a significant portion of the staff. While handled in the best way possible, the result was the dissolving of the very intimate and supportive family culture.
