    Pros

    fácil entrada, bom para o primeiro emprego. Pessoal bem humorado, boa estrutura, proximidade entre profissionais de diferente nível hierárquico.

    Cons

    Pouca liberdade, baixo salário, comissões progressivas e bastante restritas é um pequeno grupo que recebe os melhores cadastros, pouca flexibilidade de horário.

    Advice to Management

    Não adianta dizer aos funcionários que eles são a alma da empresa e que devem se doar, pagando um salário que muitas vezes não chega a 700 reais.

    I have been working at Flex Contact Center full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good starting salary in comparison to the market, relatively flexible work time.

    Cons

    Doesn't provide the possibility to do remote working, even for IT. The dress code could be better, for example, it is only possible to use a very specific kind of shorts in the summer if you want to use shorts, and this kind of shorts is very uncomfortable.

    Advice to Management

    The IT segment of the company is definitely increasing fast, so I really think the company should start giving more attention to remote work possibilities, which is widely supported in the IT community.
