Good starting salary in comparison to the market, relatively flexible work time.

Doesn't provide the possibility to do remote working, even for IT. The dress code could be better, for example, it is only possible to use a very specific kind of shorts in the summer if you want to use shorts, and this kind of shorts is very uncomfortable.
Advice to Management
The IT segment of the company is definitely increasing fast, so I really think the company should start giving more attention to remote work possibilities, which is widely supported in the IT community.
