      Pros

      The ladies are wonderful to work with and are very understanding. They have a great sense of humor. They are funny!

      Cons

      Some of the companies still pay minimum wage. It is hard to survive making $8.10 per hour.

      Flex-Team is very fast paced and sometimes it feels like we can't get as much done as we would like.
