Amazing sales department and leadership

The bathroom got flooded once

1. Established Company that has embraced technology and is growing exponentially. 2. My Boss the President of the Company is the Best Boss I have ever had. She listens to me, Respects me, Empowers me and allows me to do those things I am good at. I know that I am valued and appreciated and she listens to me. She has made it possible to build my team and people and resources as required. I watched her do the very best possible during COVID to allow for individuals to make other work arrangements. She is a giving person and I have seen her give from her heart to the point that it hearts. As we speak she is not only looking but delivering on ways to handle inflation and the day to day real world issues our employees struggle with. 3. I appreciate and value my fellow leadership team, are we perfect, no never will be living in a fallen imperfect world. Each of them are quick to assist me and support my and my TEAMS endeavors. 4. Our Customer Base- I enjoy our target customer sector and they challenges they have and the solutions we provided. Each day allows me to bring my very best efforts. 5. Diversity in work force I love that many people from different backgrounds etc. have opportunity here. 6. My Team , My Directors and the BDE &AM's and Customer Care are amazing people, I am honored I am humbled to be able to Serve Them. 7. IT and Lab Staffs work tirelessly to Support and Deliver (They are Rock Stars) much more I can say.

I don't have anything that presents a negative in my mind set. Any issues I may have I communicate them as an adult and seek a resolution rather then to let them fester and develop. Disagreement is about Reconciliation and Right standing with my fellow man. As Iron Sharpens Iron so one man or woman sharpens another we just "Work the Problem." Some of the jobs by nature of the work (Laboratory) can appear routine . Lab Mgt. is doing the best they can for additional and cross training. Stay strong stay positive and growth and advancement does come.
