Fly My Group has great people and great pay!

Can be stressful at times

Collaborative, supportive company that utilizes the knowledge of its veteran employees to ensure everyone is fully prepared for whatever challenges arise and adheres to the company standard.

Often felt micro-managed in my position, as everything I did was closely monitored and scrutinized. They are very particular about who they hire, and it often felt like they were looking for people who would do whatever they asked without question.
