Thank you very much for your review. I'm delighted to hear all the positives. We work hard to make Focus somewhere that people enjoy working and find fulfilling. I'm sorry to hear that you think the onsite cafe is expensive. I'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this and get an idea of where you think it is overpriced. I had a full roast dinner with Yorkshire pudding today for just £4.50, which I would have thought was very reasonable. Thanks again for the review. Chris Gooodman Managing Director

Thanks for the feedback, albeit brief. Having started the business 15 years ago, the business has changed dramatically as we've grown. Now, with almost 300 staff, a new 25,000 sq ft headquarters, almost 14,000 business clients and annual revenues approaching £70m it is little wonder that the business has had to become more professional and structured. However, with that growth has come opportunity and many in the business continue to benefit from career progression directly as a result of our rapid rate of growth. A fast paced and dynamic business is not for everyone - if you want to work here hang on to your hat and enjoy the ride! Chris Goodman Managing Director
