Emotionally Rewarding but Physically and Financially Draining - Organization Recruitment Intern For the Many Employee Review

It was an internship yet I was doing 40 hour work weeks. Walking for hours on campus, trying to get a certain amount of signatures. The work being asked of me definitely exceeded my role and role expectations. Wasn’t pay for a single hour extra of work. They definitely tend to ask a lot more of their unpaid interns or volunteers, more than they should.
