visual team growing strong creative work environment fast paced- always busy
Cons
Not a fair level of accountability between operations/service dept. and visual dept at times-usually due to communication breakdown. This can be fixed Stores get shopped very hard, which requires daily/constant cleanup more than most stores. Very hard work- stay away if you are lazy!
