Pros
Fun job if you like fashion, fabrics, prints, etc. They provide free lunch and have Starbucks on site.
Cons
Pay was very low for copywriting ($14/hour). Lunch is only 30 minutes. In the E-Commerce department, the copywriting team was overworked and underpaid. Most people (stylists, photogs, retouchers, etc) only last one year because of the quota system. Overall, not a bad job, but the holiday season (November til Christmas) was crazy. We had to work Saturdays and some Sundays to meet product overload.
